此款酒是「風之森」推出全新的酒米品種「奈々露」。這是奈良縣首次開發的原創酒米，自2025年起在奈良縣內的酒莊中使用。這款限量版清酒使用65%精米的奈々露，並結合7號酵母，成為風之森的新Regular款。「奈々露」米比「秋津穂」更容易溶解，釀造過程中感受到草莓和花香般的香氣。與「秋津穂」相比，奈々露呈現出更豐富的甜味和舒適的酸度。
「奈々露 657」呈現出花香般的清新甜美氣息，香氣輕盈舒適。入口時，風之森獨有的氣泡感與口感相結合，展現出豐富的甜味和清爽的酸度。就像草莓般的香氣與輕快的口感交融，呈現出輕盈的印象。微妙的苦味為口感增添了層次感，餘韻清爽乾淨。

油長酒造

他們的商品基本上全是無濾過・無加水・生酒、有著生酒獨有的層次豐富而細膩的質感、味道立體鮮明是風之森的特徴。
只使用自社研發的"7号酵母"。酒香自然、有時候像果實般的香味。


風之森美味的秘訣①、使用能以-10℃冷藏保存、強力的酒桶。
經常保持住最適合發酵的溫度、令低精米的酒的味道、高品質出品。

風之森美味的秘訣②、有極小的氣泡的一種特殊的水、「Ultra Fine Buble」水來洗米、把米裡面的多餘過礦物質或蛋白質除去、
就算精米步合80％的低精米也一樣優雅柔和、造出層次多變帶點複雑充滿立體感的酒。
