此清酒屬於風之森的507系列，酒造採用合約培植米「秋津穗」研磨至只剩下米心的50%，以超低溫作長達32天的發酵，使得釀造出來的清酒散發出洋梨般的清爽果香。入口有微炭酸口感，味道溫和清爽，口感柔和圓滑，非常容易入口，配搭刺身、壽司、前菜、海鮮都非常適合。

風の森此品牌近年在日本非常流行，是當今話題之作！目前在東京更成為新一派的日本酒熱潮，創下了在各大清酒專題雜誌同步採訪的紀錄！

他們的商品基本上全是無濾過・無加水・生酒、有著生酒獨有的層次豐富而細膩的質感、味道立體鮮明是風之森的特徴。
