「寒菊」旗下的「Occasional」系列以其超限量的獨特性而備受歡迎，亦是在SAKETIME全日本排名十大的超人氣季節限定清酒系列。「Hazy Moon」是首次採用了福岡縣產的酒造好適米「壽限無」，精米至50%米，這款酒具有薄濁酒質地和清爽口感，搭配層次分明的香氣，因此可以搭配日本料理和各種菜餚。

開瓶後，散發出華麗香氣，菠蘿般的果香。入口後，清新的氣泡感，伴隨著滑順而絲滑的米旨香，甜味不強烈，酸味則較為突出，米香中帶有淡淡的果味，之後感受到西柚的清新氣息，隨著強烈的酸味與寒菊特有的苦味交融。適合冷飲，配搭刺身、壽司、海鮮、天婦羅等食物享用。

具有130年曆史的傳統手工製作和嚴正的品質管理下誕生的"執着釀酒的酒造——寒菊"。

美味的祕密在於大米。
藏元所在的千葉縣被田園包圍，是大米收穫量多的地區。釀造釀酒時，使用了含有這種本地產的優質釀酒適宜米（兵庫縣、岡山縣、千葉縣）。

老式的手工製作。
在蒸熟的大米上撒上麴黴，在經過嚴格溫度管理的房間裏，根據經驗豐富的匠人的指尖感覺培育。

沒有火入的新鮮酒。
2016年度開始本藏的新挑戰。在出廠前通過嚴格的溫度管理進行儲藏並出廠。請一定要嘗試一下剛做好的香味和美味。
