酒造採用了岩手縣產酒造好適米吟ぎんが來釀造此酒，精米步合為50%。它的入口味道清爽，帶新鮮水果如蜜瓜及白桃等味道，與其米味非常配合，尾段稍為辛口，用來配搭刺身、壽司及貝類海鮮品嚐都非常適合。
