新政 2025 頒布會 第一彈 茜孔雀 陽乃鳥，是由秋田縣新政酒造於2025年頒布會推出的限量組合，以「茜孔雀」與「陽乃鳥」兩款經典貴釀酒為主題，展現新政酒造實驗精神與對風味的極致追求。

A. 食べる陽乃鳥 400ml

以秋田縣產米與獨家「新政酵母（6 號酵母）」釀造，屬於貴醸酒（再仕込酒）類別，強調甜美與優雅旨味的融合，並帶有細膩的果香與花香。酒體柔滑，甜而不膩，餘韻溫潤持久。

B. 茜孔雀 500ml

以秋田縣產米為原料，主打濃厚甘甜與強勁酸味的完美平衡，同為貴釀酒。酒體飽滿，帶有蜜餞、果乾、蜂蜜與熱帶果香，入口後甜味與酸度交織，尾韻悠長且層次豐富，極具個性與張力。

酒造介紹:
新政酒造
位於秋田縣的新政酒造創業於1852年，距今已有150多年的歷史。從創辦人佐藤卯兵衛到至今已繼承了八代。名字是取自明治天皇所頒布的施政大綱『新政厚德』。

現任第八代佐藤祐輔社長原本對清酒毫無興趣，是個不哲不扣的東大高材生，原本從事編輯、記者等工作，但是最終還是回到酒造繼承家業，從頭學習釀造清酒。原本身為外行人的他反而對清酒有著不同的見解，他在釀酒過程不加任何添加物，讓酒回歸純粹。

新政酒造是研發最古老清酒酵母「協會6號酵母」，不只是秋田的造酒廠而已更是將日本造酒技術近代化、是一間立了很多偉大功績的名酒造。
