Description

Balanced in two casks and matured in golden ratios, the sherry casks offer sweet berry flavours and the bourbon casks offer a silky vanilla taste, a perfect demonstration of Chief Blender Maureen Robinson's mastery of the cask, creating a classic that has wowed the world with its acclaimed flavours.

Sweet and rich, smooth and round, with a long marzipan finish that lingers on the palate. Smooth, complex yet perfectly balanced, ideal for all occasions. 

Appearance: deep, sparkling amber colour.

Bouquet: warm, rich and ripe, with nectarine, dried orange peel, ripe red apple and sweet fruit flavours on the palate. Hints of almonds and floral notes.

Body: light to medium.

Palate: Light texture, slightly gingery flavours, silky white chocolate texture, slightly waxy aromas of dried fruits and sultanas. Diluted with water, it releases malty sweetness and almond toffee flavours. 

Finish: Medium, lingering aromas of dark chocolate, biscuit and cinnamon.
