Modern是代表江戶回歸，是一個聚焦於「農業」、「技法」、「思想」的新品牌。選用櫪木櫻市產的「山田錦」，並推動有機米的使用，實現可持續農業。釀造過程遵循傳統生酛技術，並結合現代創新，營造出獨特風味。

本款火入酒比生酒更穩重，但依然擁有清新的果香與細膩的口感，輕微的氣泡感和果汁風味帶來平衡的甜酸口感，酒精度數為13％，呈現輕盈卻不失深度的風味，是仙禽現代釀造的真髓，值得一試。


仙禽酒造

仙禽酒造於江戶時代後期文化三年（１８０６年）創業於櫪木縣櫻市。仙禽取其祀奉於仙人的聖鳥『鶴』的意義，200多年間代代傳承。 目前酒造的接班人年僅30出頭，2003年繼承酒藏後，運用過去勝任侍酒師的經驗，進行許多的政策改革。過去的仙禽所釀出的酒偏向於淡麗辛口，與其他酒造的日本酒差異不大。

為了能夠釀造出屬於自己的原創酒，無論是水﹑米或是酵母都開始使用原產地，開始釀造擁有當地風味與特色的日本酒款。 除了釀酒之外，也致力於地區的文化發展與產業振興，希望能替故鄉盡一份心力。
