「みむろ杉」全新木桶菩提酛系列，透過奈良縣產酒米展現不同面貌，純淨絲滑的口感加上紮實酸度，結合木桶賦予的複雜風味塑造獨特個性，哈密瓜、香蕉般香氣飄盪，其中夾雜一絲木質清涼感，旨味飽滿，後段可感受到木桶由來的輕微苦澀感與柔和酸味層層堆疊出綿長尾韻。建議冷飲，可搭配刺身、壽司、海鮮、天婦羅等食物享用。
