橡木桶所賦予的細膩雲呢拿（香草）氣息，與香蕉般的成熟果香及清酒特有的吟釀香交織，層次分明且自然純淨。

👄 口感 (Palate)

入口帶有風之森標誌性的細緻微氣泡感，輕盈中迅速展開。中段呈現出近似長期熟成威士忌般的圓潤質地，厚度與滑順感並存。

✨ 餘韻 (Finish)

尾段以濃郁甘甜收結，隨後俐落收束，留下悠長且優雅的餘韻。

來自奈良御所的風之森（油長酒造），一直以突破傳統釀造框架而聞名，而 Alpha 系列 正是酒造對「日本酒未來可能性」的具體實踐。

本作限定酒款 Alpha 9 副題為「風與火之緣」。選用奈良縣御杖村產酒米「露葉風」，以無濾過、無加水的生酒型態，完整保留原始且富有張力的風味結構。本年度版本特別選用於酒造自家樽熟成逾十年的稀貴米燒酎「火之鳥」原酒調和，為整體酒體帶來更深邃的質感與震撼層次。
