The GlenAllachie Distillery

這款傑出的麥芽酒來自我們的處女橡木系列第二批，首先在美國橡木 ex-Bourbon 橡木桶中熟成，之後又在 Chinquapin 奇瓦賓橡木桶（Quercus Muehlenbergii）中進行了約 18 個月的熟成，這些橡木來自密蘇里州的北奧扎克地區。這些橡木桶經過將近四年的風乾，然後在盛載酒液之前進行中等程度的烘烤。

***Chinquapin 奇瓦賓橡木桶 - 又常被譯為「金卡賓橡木」或「黃栗橡木」，是橡木桶威士忌熟成界近年備受矚目的北美珍稀白橡木品種之一。以能夠賦予酒液極其豐富的草本辛香、甘草與石南花蜂蜜風味而聞名。***
橡木通常需要經過長達 3 至 5 年的自然風乾（Air-drying），以降低樹木中的苦澀單寧；隨後進行中度烘烤（Medium Toasting），以釋放橡木內部的天然糖分與芳香化合物。

結果是一種複雜、鮮澀的麥芽酒，迸發出流淌的蜂蜜、甜美的肉桂和橘子皮。

瓶裝酒精度為 48%，酒色自然，未經冷凍過濾。

  • 色澤 (Colour)：亮麗而深邃的溫暖金銅色（Rich Bronze）。

  • 香氣 (Nose)：一開瓶即散發濃郁的石南花蜂蜜（Heather Honey）與現磨肉桂氣息。隨後浮現石榴、橙皮、烘烤大麥（Toasted Barley）與微微的甘草（Licorice）甜香，伴隨著溫柔的香草與烤橡木木質香。

  • 口感 (Palate)：酒體滑順且飽滿。入口充滿豐富的蜂蜜、奶油太妃糖（Butterscotch）與香草奶黃甜味。中段展現出奇瓦賓橡木標誌性的肉桂、丁香、薑汁辛香與甘草風味，並夾帶著鮮明的柑橘皮與烘烤堅果層次。

  • 餘韻 (Finish)：餘韻中等偏長，溫暖而甜美。留在口中的是滿滿的辛香肉桂、石南花蜂蜜以及淡淡的橡木單寧甘甜，結構十分平衡且耐人尋味。
