越後桜酒造

來自新瀉縣阿賀野市的"越後桜酒造"。

越後桜酒造年產1萬瓶收藏品,具有可以生產1萬瓶(每瓶100萬瓶)的獨特工廠設計。在低溫下使用高精度的白米,可以打造出新瀉特有的清爽、柔軟、醇厚的飲料。

與越後桜酒造一起的阿賀野市幾乎位於天鵝可以飛翔的新瀉阿賀野河中心,阿賀野河被五頭連峯的豐富自然環境所包圍。 這種酒在風中釀造,味道像新瀉一樣清爽、柔和、醇厚。 被稱爲"名米"的新瀉縣在縣內所有地區約有90多種酒類,日本酒王國在全國排名第一。

爲了釀造越後櫻花酒,爲了確保大米的水分吸收,使用了"seiro-keran"的技術,蒸飯與日本傳統千斤相似。發酵槽大到可以填滿的程度,形狀用特殊形狀密封,可以密封大吟醸的香氣。 另外,爲了保持大吟醸的新鮮味道,從泡飯到發酵、保管,我們嚴格管理了0.1度的溫度上升幅度。
