酒廠由Jim Beam的孫子-Booker Noe創立，同時也是位釀酒大師，將布克(Bookers) 作為自己個人品牌。使用優質波本威士忌新酒，並熟成在自家炙燒木桶中，存放在佔邊酒倉的中心位置，以控制最理想的濕度與溫度。
每年都會發行限量批次，不同桶號和年份，讓許多波本粉為之瘋狂。
這款#2025-01E是以肯塔基州中部的小鎮命名，也是創辦人從小生長的地方，此批次由儲存在4個不同舊式倉庫中的5個生產日期調配而成，散發的氣息複雜且濃郁。

香氣:濃郁的香草、水果、太妃糖口感:複雜的香料、焦糖、木桶風味；且略帶煙燻感餘韻:悠長飽滿
