西元1812年創建渥福郡歷史著名的Labrot & Graham酒廠，手工釀製渥福精選純波本威士，這是肯塔基州最古老、也是最小的酒廠，是肯塔基州唯一 一處採用古老傳統製造方式釀製波本威士忌的酒廠，本身還保有精緻講究的銅製鍋式蒸餾器，這些蒸餾器是從蘇格蘭進口，酸麥芽漿在蒸餾器經過三次蒸餾，使產出的威士忌具有獨一無二的精純香氣與韻味，酒桶儲放於肯塔基唯一留存下來的石砌陳年倉庫。

這些建於1800年代的石灰岩倉庫形成一種微氣候，使波本威士忌能在其中，穩定、始終如一地緩慢熟成。
