Smokehead 是 Ian Macleod 旗下品牌(擁有格蘭哥尼、坦度等酒廠)，而且這系列裝瓶都是用艾雷島單一麥芽威士忌為基酒。


這支酒標上很巧妙的使用 terminado = finished 的概念說明是支過龍舌蘭桶的艾雷島單一麥芽威士忌，品飲過後覺得是支不錯的過龍舌蘭桶酒款。


聞香有很明顯的甜煙燻、些許龍舌蘭草本風味、帶點鹹帶點烤貝殼海鮮的鮮香、底部有點肉味、鳳梨糖水、奶油蘋果，香氣上是甜、鹹、鮮、煙燻與龍舌蘭草本的組成，香氣表現頗優秀的一款。


帶點勁道口感，先是草藥、草本、泥煤帶甜煙，有不錯的橙皮回甘，淡淡黨蔘、海水鹹、黑胡椒，尾韻帶點酸、鹹、單寧、麥芽、微苦茶、辣橄欖與一點灰燼。


淡淡的泥煤帶甜甜的煙，些許龍舌蘭草本風味與甜香鹹韻還有那很點睛的微微鮮感，雖然只有 43% 但酒體帶點勁道不會太單薄，喝起來頗舒服。
