葡萄酒概覽

Manga del Brujo 主要採用來自葡萄園長達 75 年的老歌海娜葡萄，來自西班牙南部一個較少為人知、海拔極高的產區Calatayud (通常少為人知代表著能夠以更實惠價格，購入高品質紅酒)，這裏是格納西(Grenache)葡萄故鄉，因海拔極高約莫600-800公尺，日夜溫差大，讓種植在貧脊土地的葡萄，能有著集中、強勁但伴隨著清新質感的酒款風格。是葡萄酒大師諾雷爾·羅伯遜（綽號“飛翔的蘇格蘭人”）在卡拉塔尤德釀造的第一款葡萄酒。該生產商用這款紅酒向其所在的土地致敬，其名稱直接參考了教皇盧納的建築師穆罕默德·拉米 (Mohammed Rami)，他在 15 世紀設計了該地區的大部分教堂和建築。一款強勁、富有表現力的葡萄酒，具有多種美食可能性。

這支酒是怎麼釀的 ?

葡萄手工採收後，葡萄去梗先在不鏽鋼槽中發酵(期間頻繁踩皮) ; Syrah葡萄去梗後不壓碎，直接在不銹鋼桶中與新舊法國橡木桶中發酵 ; 其它葡萄品種去梗在橡木桶中發酵。接著混釀，入法國橡木桶中繼續陳年5年，裝瓶後瓶中陳年數月後釋出。這款紅酒架構紮實，品嚐前建議醒酒，同時也極富陳年潛力。
