富士御殿場蒸餾所( Fuji-Gotemba)

富士御殿場蒸餾所，屬於Kirin集團旗下，酒廠位於靜岡縣御殿場市，酒如其名，酒廠就正好在富士山山腳之下。酒廠的選址當然重要，平均13度的氣溫、海拔位於 620m，好的空氣、適中的溫度加上來自富士山的雪水，更加清純潔淨，用來做威士忌的材料自是沒錯。

這酒廠特別之處在於是Kirin跟加拿大JE Seagram及Pernod Ricard集團共同成立擁有，所以除了製作自己的威士忌，也是會為不同品牌的威士忌負責裝瓶，更擁有麥芽威士忌及穀物威士忌的兩種蒸餾器，罐式蒸餾器（Pot Still）及連續式蒸餾器(Coffey Still)，更擁有Seagram公司研發出的蒸餾器Doubler。
