This fine spirit embodies the brand's deep heritage and craftsmanship, reviving ancient cooking techniques to create an unparalleled tasting experience.Its delicate smoky aroma pays tribute to the magnificent scenery of the brand's hometown, Los Altos de Jalisco.

Clase Azul Mexico's Chief Distiller, Viridiana Tinoco, stated that to present the unique smoky flavor, they focused on capturing the essence of traditional mezcal production and reinterpreting the distinct personality of blue agave at every step. During production, the heart of the blue agave is placed in a traditional earth oven buried underground, where it is slowly roasted with firewood and volcanic rock. It is then pressed and undergoes a meticulous fermentation process, during which exclusive yeast from selected agave fields is added.

Ultimately, this tequila presents aromas of plum, red apple, and fresh lemon, weaving together a silky-smooth body with a delicate smoky finish.

Renowned for its luxurious handcrafted bottles, Clase Azul's Tequila Blanco Ahumado also stuns with its sculptural and poetic bottle design. Its semi-transparent body symbolizes the rising smoke and volcanic rock during the cooking of the agave, complemented by a copper badge and cap, highlighting the rich legacy of traditional cooking techniques.
