🏭 Brewing Process

Yucho Shuzo specializes in junmai muroka nama sake, using their self-developed No. 7 yeast to create sake with natural aromas and occasional fruitiness. The brewery’s advanced water treatment ensures even low-polished rice delivers refined and elegant flavors.

🗾 Terroir

Located in Nara Prefecture, which is known for its cool climate and abundant underground water resources. The rice is grown in fertile volcanic ash soil, with significant day-night temperature differences enhancing sugar content and aroma in the rice grains.
