Kishu Minabe Ume Sake Special Zone No. 1!
It's plum wine made by a Umeyoshi restaurant. This taste was created because of its particular ingredients and its particular manufacturing method, which cannot be produced in mass production!
I recommend it with confidence!!
Ryukyu Awamori plum wine
Meeting of Nanko Ume Plum and Awamori from Minabe, Kishu
alcohol content of 13 degrees
We carefully pickled the fully ripened Nanko plum and rare red plum from Minabe's own farm with awamori and iced sugar.
It's light pink, fragrant, refreshingly sweet and easy to drink.
☆ No.1 - We particular about it. ☆
Usually, when pickled plum wine is pickled, it is often pickled with Nanko plum harvested in blue, but our company uses Nanko plum, which is fully ripened in yellow. By using fully ripened plums, the flavor of plums will be increased and the sake will be rich in flavor.
☆ No.2 - We particular about it. ☆
When pickled plum wine is pickled, a precipitate called Ori comes out of the plum tree. When commercialized, a processing aid is usually used to remove this orientation. However, in order not to spoil the flavor of plums, we do not use processing aids, but we remove the oli by manually filtering the supernatant little by little. We chose sake with the flavor of plum.
What is the Kishu Minabe Ume Sake Special Zone?
The "Kishu Minabe Ume Sake Special Zone," which Minabe Town had applied for, was approved by the Cabinet Office in July 2008. Originally, the minimum manufacturing quantity standard for liquor manufacturing licenses is 6 kiloliters per year, but the minimum manufacturing quantity standard has been lowered to 1 kiloliters per year when people try to produce liqueur based on plums produced in Minabe. In line with this, our company also applied for the production of plum wine, and in April 2009, we obtained a manufacturing license as Kishu Minabe Ume Sake Special Zone No. 1.
"Regarding the use of ""Phantom Plum"", the sales volume is limited!!!"
"The "plum" variety used in ""Ichi"" is a phantom plum made only by some farmers in Wakayama Prefecture!" When fully ripened, the plum trees turn red like plum trees. This is the beautiful pink secret of this plum wine.Since the plum has a small yield and is rare, the production volume is limited. We would like many customers to drink it, but we will limit the quantity to the limited stock.
