Committed to sourcing locally to create this bottle,
a portion of our star-of-the-show Calamansi is sourced directly from a local farm in Sheung Shui as part of
our farm-to-bottle initiative to take advantage of the city’s stellar local produce. Representing the quintessential countryside of Hong Kong in the summertime,
enjoy a punchy, flavor-packed gin, perfect for adventure-seeking palates craving a new sensation and experience.

Here at Two Moons Distillery, it has taken endless passion, patience, critique and persistence to create a quality gins that we are incredibly proud of - none of which would have been possible without our copper still, Luna, creator of every drop of our spirits. Named fittingly after her moon-shaped helmet, we decided to pay tribute to our heroine by coining her as Earth’s second moon where one can find the finest spirits hidden in the depths of her copper craters.
Come meet various half-mechanical creatures that inhabit this copper moon and learn the steps to our distillation process along the way - it is truly a unique Hong Kong experience and we still get mind blown by the fact that we have a distillery in the middle of industrial Chai Wan!
