Martell opens a new chapter in the world of fine cognacs with the launch of the Martell Single Appellation Collection, a perfect interpretation of the beauty of the terroirs of the four major Cognac regions. Each of these is produced in limited quantities each year from the life waters of a single region, with 400 rare life waters selected from tens of thousands of cellar-borne life waters to create a Martell blend that accounts for only 1% of all Martells, making them highly prized and rare. The Grande Champagne, with its high proportion of chalky soil, is a very aromatic, powerful and full-bodied expression of Life Water with excellent ageing potential.

Appearance：Shimmering golden bronze colour.

Aroma：Acacia nectar, dried and candied fruits, apricot peach and fig are accompanied by a soft dry floral note, a soft interplay of spices and fruits. A special style of silky sandalwood and soft tobacco is to be savoured.

Palate：Harmonious and structured fresh cherry fruit flavours, persimmon, dried fruit and candied fruit flavours wrapped in spices, XO Cognac flavours lingering on the palate, with an impressive and long finish.
