[KOBE GIN YAMA]

The first GIN from Kobe Distillery.

It has a refreshing taste, mainly made with botanicals from the mountains of Hyogo Prefecture, such as Arima Sansho pepper and green tea leaves from Shizukaen, Kobe's only tea farm.

The refreshing aroma of yuzu stands out first,

and when you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous aroma of green shiso and the sweet taste of green tea spread.

At the end, the spiciness of Arima Sansho pepper and juniper berries stands out,

which is layered with the mellow aroma of camphor tree.

This is a masterpiece that you can enjoy both its gentleness and sharpness.

The Kobe Distillery was established with the aim of creating new Kobe specialties in the roadside station "Fruit and Flower Park" in Kita-ku, Kobe City, surrounded by nature.

The historic French open-flame distiller produces brandy, while the new copper pot distiller produces whiskey.

We produce delicious sake from two large distilleries in a small distillery.
