Banjo Sake Brewery has established since 1647. The current president “KUHEIJI KUNO XV” is the 15th generation. In 1997,
he founded the brand of “Kamoshibito Kuheiji” with innovative thinking and persistence in brewing fine sake.
Kuheiji strives for a balance of bitter, tart, and acidic.

The emphasis on slight bitterness and acidity allows sake to have a complex flavor, perfectly balanced of the five flavors without any technical modification.
After further adjustment, it gives a natural stereoscopic impression drink. It is perfectly balanced and elegant sake.

To this day, ” Kamoshibito Kuheiji” is already a brewing company integrating local and French rice cultivation.
And the one who are brewing sake and wine. Sake is used in more than 80 restaurants in France, including Michelin-3 starred restaurants.
