It is a small sake brewery in Yamagata prefecture.

Since its inception, we have carefully handcrafted products that are full of flavor, and we strive to provide products that are loved by everyone.

At first, I ran a forest business and made sake for craftsmen who take care of the forest, but gradually I started selling sake to the neighbors and started a sake brewing business in earnest.

It was founded in the year of Kyoho in the Edo period and has been around 300 years.

Located at the foot of Mt. Mannen in Kyushu's Roof Kujurenzan, the area is freezing in winter, but it continues to produce sake in abundant groundwater and a clear climate.
