Jura Sherry 15 Year RESERVE is created using a towering 28-foot still, the highest in the island area, resulting in a delicate and pure spirit. It is initially aged in American bourbon barrels before being transferred to premium handcrafted Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, the original home of sherry in Spain.

For 60 years, Jura Distillery has been known for its unique dual-track style: a robust maritime character and a delicate fruity aroma. Jura Sherry 15 Year RESERVE uniquely integrates these two styles for the first time, developed in collaboration with Taiwan's Shang-Jia Wines. With a recipe passed down through generations, it is specially set at an alcohol concentration of 42.8%, creating a flavor that is overflowing with fruity notes, rich and smooth, with a long-lasting finish.

Nose: sweet aroma of honey, the vibrant scents of sweet peaches and plums, and dark chocolate waft through the air.

Taste: Rich, sea salt caramel intensifies on the palate, the sweetness of roasted pineapple spreads in the mouth, intertwining with white raisins and forest berries.

Finish: Once again feeling the citrus fragrance, followed by peach, plum, dark chocolate, and warm spices, with endless aftertaste amidst the rich and long layers.

Jura

Founded in 1810, the island's whisky distillery was officially license in 1831 and ran up until 1901 when it was hit by financial difficulties and fell into ruin. Despite this and the two World Wars which followed, the true Diurach spirit remained and in 1963, the distillery was brought back to life to be the lifeblood of the community, helping it to grow and prosper. Today, the distillery is proud to be part of a thriving community of 212 people who call Jura home.

Jura, a remote island off the West Coast of Scotland. Only 60 miles from the mainland yet it feels like an entire world away; an ancient landscape of wild mountains, peaceful lochs and stormy seas. With just one road, one pub, one whisky distillery and a very distinct micro-climate, it’s not the easiest place to make whisky, but we believe it’s the best.
