With just 705 bottles available, it's a rare and exquisite treasure for those lucky enough to taste it.

The Influence of Pedro Ximénez Puncheon

Renowned Master Distiller Billy Walker, known for his keen sense of cask selection, handpicked this exceptional Pedro Ximénez puncheon to be bottled. Cask #804408 has bestowed upon this whisky an intense depth of color and flavor, characteristic of its rich sherry heritage. The result is a honeyed whisky with a flavor profile rich in dark chocolate and luscious butterscotch. This whisky offers a refined drinking experience with a velvety texture that is simply indulgent.

Tasting Notes:

- Nose: Sweet cherries, dark chocolate, honey, subtle notes of ginger, and plum jam.
