被喻為 Speyside「地標」的 Glen Keith 是於 20 世紀第一間建造的 Speyside 酒廠；釀酒廠始於 River Isla 河畔的一家老磨坊，亦是它作為專業釀酒師如 Alan Winchester 的訓練地點而成為今時今日的地標。Glen Keith酒廠創立於1957年Speyside，由Chivas Brothers所建立。他被設定像一家威士忌實驗室一樣製作威士忌。1970年它被改裝成全蘇格蘭第一家用瓦斯加熱的蒸餾器，三年後就換成蒸氣加熱式了。1980年它又被安裝了最新的微電腦控制設備，全部過程都由電腦設定取代人工。但在2000年時這家Glen Keith蒸餾廠已經劃下了休止符！
