煙燻味配以經典香甜和Speyside風格果味。此罕貴和醇厚的單一麥芽威士忌於美國橡木桶中熟成，入口先帶微微的泥煤味，接下來的味道是蘋果和啡糖、溫和的薑味和香橙味。

香味:煙燻、柑橘、泥土氣息，或許還有一絲香草味

口感:泥炭煙燻、甜麥芽、乾果和淡淡的香料味，帶來持久的煙燻餘韻

這座建於1898年的古老建築，在2011年被拆除。這批罕見而上乘的單一麥芽威士忌是來自CAPERDONICH唯一現存的批量，絕無僅有。

CAPERDONICH 的意思是「神秘之井」，蒸餾廠一直維持小規模經營，堅守本心 — 專心致志，小批量地釀造經過或不經泥煤燻過的威士忌。儘管這座建築已不復存在，其釀酒蒸餾工藝卻歷久不衰，得以傳承延續至今。
