Atilius Brut is an Italian sparkling wine produced by the Atilius winery in the Lombardy region of Italy. The wine is made using the traditional method, also known as the champagne method, whereby the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This process gives the wine its bubbles and distinctive flavours.

The wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected and sourced from the region. The grapes were fermented and aged for a minimum of 18 months, giving the wine a rich, complex flavour profile with notes of citrus, green apple and a hint of yeast. On the nose, there are delicate aromas of citrus, green apple and yeast with hints of bread. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with citrus, green apple and a subtle hint of bread. The finish is long and dry, with a pleasant acidity and a fruity aftertaste.
