IKU'S is a sake that pursues a new balance of sugar and acid, aiming to make it a drink that everyone can enjoy.

In order to achieve a balance between low alcohol content and moderate acidity, we use luxuriously polished premium sake rice and rice koji to bring out the sweetness of the rice through saccharification.

After that, it is slowly fermented at low temperatures to produce sake with the sweetness of rice, refreshing acidity and gorgeous aroma.

INATA HONTEN is located in Yonago, Utori Prefecture. It is a sake brewery with a long history.
