「花の香酒造」的產土哲學為「在這片土地上發掘本土可能性和本土特色，並致力於釀造只有在這片土地才能找到的最好的清酒」。配合一貫產土哲學，並以江戶時代熊本縣在地品種「穗増」釀造，該品種奇蹟地復刻，配合使用「菊池川流域山田錦」「生酛釀造」「無施肥」「無農薬」。在日本都只能夠以1人1瓶的限量方式購買。

開栓帶有氣泡感覺散發著類似柚子柑橘香氣，並散發出金平糖，棉花糖般的香甜味，還能感受到微妙的肉豆蔻等香辛料的香氣，整體營造出豐富多層次的味道。
