松崎酒造創立於1892年，是一家擁有百年歷史的酒廠，世代釀造的清酒深受當地居民喜愛。酒廠位於福島縣岩瀨郡天榮村，這裡坐落著日本最大的人工湖之一——羽鳥湖，以及擁有眾多休閒設施的羽鳥湖高原。此外，該地區自然風光秀麗，擁有超過1200年歷史的岩瀨湯元溫泉，以及隱密溫泉的發源地——二又溫泉。
松崎酒造釀造的清酒「廣戸川」，是由當地的名水「釋迦堂川」曾被稱為「廣戸川」而來。「廣戸川」長年以來深受當地人的喜愛，但在2011年的東日本大地震中，負責釀酒的南部杜氏因壓力過大而病倒。後來，當時剛剛從福島縣清酒學院畢業的松崎祐行接手了酒造。這使「廣戸川」不再以地酒為銷量目標，後來更成為受到全日本關注的清酒品牌。
