Using YASO SPIRITS, fresh spearmint, shiso leaves and rosemary are macerated in absinthe distilled from wild herbs such as wormwood, anise and star anise.
The spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary used are pesticide-free and grown in Japan.
In addition to its fresh and invigorating aroma, the liquid color is characterized by the natural hue derived from vegetable ingredients.
Enjoy YASO Absinthe Prototype 03, which has been improved to achieve the ideal rise to milky white color.



The aroma of complex herbs is folded into a gin drink that can be enjoyed with carbonated water.
