This sake embodies the brewing philosophy and techniques of Nakasaburo, one of Noto's four great brewing masters, and has been refined by his successor, brewing master Kenji Okada. The sake uses "Hyakumankoku no Shiro" rice, a specialty of Ishikawa Prefecture, striving to showcase the essence of "Nakasaburo Daiginjo." Its rich flavor combines the elegant umami of "Nakasaburo" with Okada's crisp acidity, while also possessing the characteristic tight aroma and smooth flavor of "Hyakumankoku no Shiro." This is a limited-edition special brew of Junmai Daiginjo.
