Known as the ‘Harmonious Malt Symphony’, this 17 year old whisky is a blend of 36 rounded malts aged 17 years or more, giving it a deep, harmonious and mellow flavour. The 24 facets on the crystal bottle represent the 24 hours of the day and the 24 seasons of the year. The preciousness of time, the colourful seasons, and the years of brewing are shown on the bottle. The label is made of high-quality Echizen paper and is written by the renowned Japanese calligrapher 荻野丹雪 (Ogino, Tansetsu).

TASTING NOTE

Color: Slightly reddish amber.

Nose: Fruity and sweet, with a floral ripeness reminiscent of a floral aroma.

Palate: Custard cream, milk sugar, subtle sweetness, light and smooth.

Finish: Deep, harmonious and mellow.
