「レトロ」(Retro)意指懷舊、追溯舊時代之美。仙禽以「回到江戶」為主題，重啟對傳統日本酒精神的探索，同時展現品牌全新面貌。這款レトロ壱式，正是此次品牌重塑的代表之一，結合古老技法與當代表現，打造出一瓶帶有果實酸香、口感溫潤的懷舊之酒

這瓶酒以柔軟細膩著稱的「雄町」為主米，佔比高達 80%，並添加 20%「山田錦」，讓口感更具層次與結構。開瓶後入口輕快，帶出些微柔細的氣泡感，接著在舌尖上綻放出明亮清新的酸味，爽口又不失優雅。尾韻輕盈，留下柑橘類果香，悠然回甘。這份酸甜平衡的魅力，與市場上常見的「甘口系」或「辛口系」日本酒形成獨特風格，是近年難得一見的溫和、易飲又富有個性的作品

仙禽酒造

仙禽酒造於江戶時代後期文化三年（１８０６年）創業於櫪木縣櫻市。仙禽取其祀奉於仙人的聖鳥『鶴』的意義，200多年間代代傳承。目前酒造的接班人年僅30出頭，2003年繼承酒藏後，運用過去勝任侍酒師的經驗，進行許多的政策改革。過去的仙禽所釀出的酒偏向於淡麗辛口，與其他酒造的日本酒差異不大。

為了能夠釀造出屬於自己的原創酒，無論是水﹑米或是酵母都開始使用原產地，開始釀造擁有當地風味與特色的日本酒款。除了釀酒之外，也致力於地區的文化發展與產業振興，希望能替故鄉盡一份心力。
