This is the second single cask from the Sakurao distillery for Hong Kong. This single cask also has a nice label. A talented Japanese comic illustrator has created a summer night scene of Hong Kong with fireworks. We hope you will enjoy this fun label as much as we did for this summer evening with our Sakurao Single Cask Hong Kong Edition.

And the master blender chose sherry casks this time. The beautiful amber color is in perfect harmony with the color of the label. Enjoy the aromas of raisins and caraway, followed by dark cherries, ripe grapes, and bitter chocolate.

Tasting Note :

Color: Dark amber with reddish tint

Nose: Raisin, orange, caraway

Palate: Dark cherry, banana, bitter chocolate

Finish: Ripe grape and banana sweetness harmonized with bitter chocolate astringency
