OMAR SINGLE MALT WHISKY (HARVEST SERIES NO.3) NEW RELEASE

The product concept of OMAR Harvest series is based on the unique and varied fruity aromas.

It is combined with the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the brewery craftsmen and the fusion of a variety of rich original wines.

OMAR Single Malt Whisky (Harvest Series NO.3), boldly blend "Bourbon Barrel", "Sherry Barrel", "Peated Malt Original Wine", "Orange Barrel", "Plum Barrel" and "Black Grape barrel".

The first smell is mainly tropical fruits and cake aromas, and then the aromas of banana, mango, hazelnut and chocolate.

The first taste is dominated by the sweet scent of Sherry, then brings out the scent of oolong tea and orange in the end.

Colour: Mature golden amber

Fragrance: Yellow fruit, orange peelChewing gum (banana and mango), fruity flavour, fruit chocolate.

Base fragrance: Wood.

Palate: Rich, sweet, and snowy.Lilong tea and orange peel are the main aromas.

The end rhyme is long, reverberating.It is wood, fruity, nuts and chocolate.

OMAR Nantou Distillery

Blended whiskeys currently serve as the core expression of Nantou Distillery’s products sold in the market. A limited edition of single malt whisky bottled at cask strength versions, exclusively matured in ex-bourbon or ex-sherry casks, was first released in October 2013 and has gained a high reputation. Moreover, at the end of 2014 a “non-chill filtered” single malt whiskey is being expected to make its debut. In addition, Nantou Distillery also produces a variety of fruit wines marketing to the world and the casks that have stored lychee wine and plum wine are then used for maturating wood-finished whiskeys. These particular whiskies thoroughly display Taiwanese terroir and to help create our own styles.
