This whiskey is supervised by Takao Mori, the owner of the famous Ginza restaurant "MORI BAR."A luxurious blend of long-term aged raw sake in both grain and malt.After maturing in bourbon wood, it is finished with Mizunara and finished with whiskey with a glossy aroma.

In charge of label design and paulownia box design, Mr. Osamu Saruyama is a designer who works extensively in graphic, product, and space design, as well as exhibition sales of ancient ceramics, and composing and performing for plays, images and exhibitions.The letters "Tokyo" on the label were written by Soaki Isono of the Isashu school of samurai tea ceremony, a school that served Tsunayoshi, the fourth shogun of Tokugawa, and has a history of more than 300 years.

The fragrance is composed of a calm orange citrus aroma and fresh fresh, fresh red apples, all of which are cinnamon-like spices, with a smooth silky mouthfeel, a well-balanced blend of barrel-derived oak depth and vanilla-like sweetness, and afterwards, dark chocolate and mocha-like dryness.

Nagahama Distillery

Nagahama Roman Beer Co.,Ltd., founded in Nagahama City on the shores of Lake Biwa in Shiga prefecture started producing whisky in 2016. The smallest distillery in Japan does not only produce single malt whisky, but also blends carefully selected whisky purchased from overseas and ages it in Nagahama’s climate. Mt. Ibuki takes on a different character with each season. Please enjoy mastery of our blending skill and the maturity created by the severe temperature difference.

The capacity of the primary distillery pot is 1,000 liters, and the residual distiller is 500 liters, the smallest pots in Japan. Heating method is indirect by steam. The name of the still is “Aranbic”. Named from the Arabian appearance. A small still from the top of a gourd shaped smooth curve still passes through a very thin line arm and is quenched by a condenser in front of it, and the spirit comes out. The small and delicate still shape creates the rich taste that characterizes Nagahama Distillery.
