Martell Single Cru represents an important landmark in the 300-year history of Maison Martell in that, for the first time, every cognac in the collection is crafted with eaux-de-vie sourced from a single terroir.

The Martell Single Cru Collection revisits the codes of cognac by celebrating the richness and authenticity of each of the finest crus of its vineyard.

To give the most precise & authentic expression of each terroir – a process so rigorous retains fewer than 400 of the 11,000 eaux-de-vie available in the Martell reserves.

Different Character of cru

Each Cru is associated with a specific taste and aromatic profile, resulting from a variety of factors, including geographic location, soil composition, climate and exposure.

A World of Exciting Taste Sensations

Available in very limited editions, these six exceptional cognacs represent less than 1% of Martell Cognac enjoyed worldwide.

FINS BOIS

Fins Bois is known for its light, airy eauxde-vie with an aromatic profile of fresh fruit, in particular pear and peach.

TASTE: This cognac is characterised by its crisp, light flavour profile with juicy fruit and very delicate, well-balanced notes of vanilla and pastries.

AROMAS: The overall impression is of freshness and refinement.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Starter: Smoked herring tartare; scallops, lightly fried or in a carpaccio; oysters
