梅ヶ枝酒造

Kyushu Yogurt is a fruit wine with mango puree. The rich sweetness of ripe mango matches well with the yogurt, and the texture is delicate and smooth.

In recent years, mango has always been the most popular fruit in the ‘Southern Fruit Popularity Ranking’.

This Mango Cheese Sake is made by grating the flesh of ripe mango and combining it with yoghurt produced in Oita, Kyushu. The refreshing sweet and sour flavour of the yoghurt is combined with the tropical aroma of the mango to create a harmony of taste that is beyond imagination!

The thickness of the yoghurt is enhanced by the fleshiness of the mango, giving you the feeling of being on holiday in a southern country.

Serving Style: Cold (Refrigerate before tasting) and serve with ice cubes, it is as smooth as mango milk when blended with ice cubes. A great choice for those who don't like the strong taste of alcohol.

Umegae Shuzo

It was founded in 1787, in the middle of the Edo period, during the 11th Shogun Iesai period, and was given the name "Umegae" by the lord of the Omura domain at the time. We are blessed with abundant nature and famous water from 300 meters underground, and for more than 200 years since then, we have been making special handmade products every day, from making rice to making sake. During this period, he received a number of awards, including a gold award at the National Sake Exhibition and an honor award at the Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau's exhibition for the sixth consecutive year. This year, we received the gold award in the full-fledged Shochu section following last year.
