Dominated by old Grenache grapes from vineyards up to 75 years old, Manga del Brujo is the first wine that Master of Wine Norrel Robertson, nicknamed the Flying Scotsman, made in Calatayud. Red wine with which this producer pays homage to his host land from its name, a direct reference to Mohammed Rami, the architect of Pope Luna who designed most of the churches and buildings in the region in the 15th century. A powerful, expressive wine with many gastronomic possibilities.

Blended 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo

TASTING

On view: It exhibits a deep purple color with ruby sparkles.

To the nose: Intense aromas of black fruit and mountain herbs predominate on a smoky background.

Taste: Full-bodied, complex and with present but balanced tannins. It gives a subtle minerality and a long, slightly toasted taste.

Food pairing: Due to its spicy nature, we recommend using Bratwurst or Nürnberger sausages. This wine will enhance its flavor.

Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve at 16 ºC.
