Is ground with domestic ginger and aged. We use plum wine made from Nanko Ume from Fukuoka Prefecture and Shichifuku ginger, a specialty of Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture.The unique ingredients from all over Kyushu gathered together, and "Ginger Umezake" .

The taste, which took two whole years from its development, centered on the president and female staff, was wrapped in sweet plum wine with a spicy flavor of ginger, and has an exciting and refreshing aftertaste.

Rock in summer and hot in winter.You can have carbonated drinks as you like it.This Japanese liqueur is a collaboration of domestic ingredients, and it is a perfect health drink for girls' parties that warm you up from inside your body to under your feet.
