This plum wine is mainly used for fully ripened Nankoume grown in the Ishigami area, including its own farm.
It's a beautiful flavor that doesn't use any flavoring, coloring, or antioxidants, and the original taste of plum trees is alive.

The ingredient for plum wine is the company's own plum, which has been cultivation.
In order to maximize the deliciousness of the fruit, we take time and effort to make it.




1)
 We try to make sure that we can bottle the aroma and flavor of fully ripened plums as much as 
possible by dipping them in the same day we harvest them.

Our unique 5-step sugar extraction method makes it mild and rich with little bitterness.

3) 
Taking advantage of our tradition as a umeboshi restaurant, we are exploring the possibility of 
ume every day and working hard to make better products in plum wine.

HAMADA umeshu with gold leaf
Kinpaku Iri Umeshu Hamada is a high-end plum wine made without additives or preservatives. 
The gold leaf used in the umeshu is befitting of its gold medal status. For three years running, from 2008 to 2010, 
it was awarded the top prize in the Monde Selection. The wine can be purchased through Ishigamimura.
