The GlenAllachie Distillery

This single cask whisky was specially created by the GlenAllachie distillery in the Speyside region for the German market. This Scottish whisky was matured for a total of 11 years in an Oloroso puncheon (cask 801629), from 2012 to 2024. The distillery bottled it at cask strength, with an alcohol content of 58.3%. In addition, this whisky contains no added coloring and is non-chill filtered, with a worldwide limited edition of only 698 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Nose: This Speyside wine exudes rich fruitiness and floral notes. It carries hints of red berries and leather, with a subtle trace of coffee. Aromas of pineapple and other fruits are also distinct, while cinnamon adds a rounded tone to the overall scent. 

Palate: The GlenAllachie 11-Year-Old Whiskey (Cask No. 801629) has a complex and full-bodied palate. This Scotch whiskey offers sweet notes of coffee and vanilla cream, with a subtle fragrance of heather and heather honey. Additionally, flavors of cherry and chocolate pieces can be discerned. 

Finish: The finish is medium to long. This single-cask whiskey concludes with aromas of chocolate and dried fruits.
