It boldly breaks away from the traditional stereotype of gin being solely dominated by juniper berries, innovatively incorporating four representative Mediterranean crops. During distillation, top-quality Spanish Yabekina olives, fresh Italian basil, rich Greek rosemary, and Turkish thyme are added, and these are distilled separately from the citrus fruits before blending. This complex process gives it a perfect 42.7% ABV. On the palate, you'll first experience the herbaceous green aromas and the sweet and sour citrus notes, followed by a warm woody finish and a slightly salty olive aftertaste—a remarkably complex and layered experience.
