此酒以酒廠創辦人伊凡威廉之名命名，可想而知必備首屈一指的實力。一般波本威士忌多陳年兩年以上，伊凡威廉先生則嚴格要求於橡木桶中陳年長達7年，使酒中芳郁的香草氣息裡透著橡木與黑莓風味，口感比起他牌更豐富柔順。
此外，一般波本威士忌濃度大多只有40%，此酒則淬鍊出接近原酒的43%濃度，質純精良的實力使它傲然雄踞美國銷量排行榜，成為世界酒迷選擇波本威士忌時的最愛。
