Yamagata Prefecture's popular sake brand, "Eiko Fuji," has finally released its long-awaited new creation! This rare collaboration between the brewery and Yajima Hotel, one of Japan's top sake houses, is an almost extravagant blend using three premium sake rice varieties: "Sake Mirai," "Yuki-no-Kami," and "Aiyama." Sake Mirai is used as the koji (rice grain), Yuki-no-Kami is used as the main brewing rice, and Aiyama is added for the lighter sake portion! The sake boasts the explosive fruitiness of Yuki-no-Kami and Aiyama, yet remains refreshingly clean and enjoyable, making it one of Eiko Fuji's most outstanding and cost-effective offerings!

Upon opening, the aroma releases elegant notes of white flowers, white peach, and pineapple. On the palate, it offers a luxurious sweetness reminiscent of Yubari melon, accompanied by elegant jasmine white floral notes. The mouthfeel is bubbly, with a light and refreshing body and a slightly cloudy texture, resulting in a satisfying and delightful experience. This is truly an exceptional Eiko Fuji!
