A bottle of Zodiac that is very popular every year

This sake has been aged for a long period of five years at Chitosezo（千歳蔵）, a low-temperature ripening store that boasts of Dewatsuru（出羽鶴酒造） kept at 5 degrees Celsius throughout the year.

You can enjoy the mild and powerful flavor of aged sake whether it is cold or warm.

Is it 5 years old of raw sake of "karesansui"?

There was no official announcement from the brewery, but considering the ingredients and the quality of the sake, it seems to be a five-year-old version of the old sake of Honjo 3 years old karesansui.

As for the most popular sake, I would like to try it at least once, even if I don't know how to drink it.

The number of adults buying is increasing.

Not only the alcohol inside, but also the container is elaborate.

The bottle is made of Italian Venetian bottles, and next year's zodiac rabbit relief is placed on the front of the bottle.

The cap is a stylish limited edition sake made from cork caps.

Dewazakura

A Pioneer in Marketing Ginjo Sake

Dewazakura began to market Ginjo* Sake, named Oka Ginjo, in 1980, the first attempt of its kind for sake breweries. Back then, Ginjo was mainly made for completion and the word "Ginjo" was rarely known; only those involved in sake brewing were familiar with the word. However, we wanted everyone to enjoy Ginjo so we decided to sell Ginjo for an affordable price for the public. Oka Ginjo was well received, triggering the so-called "Ginjo boom."

* Premium grade classification of sake with a rice polish ratio of 60% or less; usually light and fragrant
