Dewar's 12 Year Old Double Aged 是一款經典的調和蘇格蘭威士忌（Blended Scotch Whisky），曾獲得 Whisky Advocate 94分的高分評價。它之所以被稱為 Double Aged（二次陳釀 / 雙重熟成），是因為其獨特的製酒工藝：將多種調和用的單一麥芽與穀物威士忌各自在橡木桶中熟成至少 12 年後，由調酒師進行調配，隨後再次注入橡木桶中進行至少 6 個月的「融陳」（Marrying）。這種耗時的工藝能讓酒液的風味更均勻、口感極致滑
